Pregnancy & Postpartum
Sacred Support for Pregnancy, Postpartum & Motherhood
I offer heart-centered, somatic, and intuitive support to help you:
Deepen your connection with your baby in the womb or after birth
Prepare energetically for your baby’s arrival
Navigate pregnancy and early motherhood with presence, and support
Explore your own birth imprint and how it impacts your relationship to your children
Integrate your birth experience and bring healing to birth or postpartum trauma
Our experiences during birth - both giving birth and being born - create lasting imprints and unconscious narratives that can dramatically impact our lives and the lives of future generations. Understanding the power of these imprints, and supporting clients to integrate them in ways that heal and empower, is a foundational modality in my work.
Memories are much more than what we consciously recall; they are implicit, cellular, and embedded in the body, influencing the way we exist in the world. This is true even for experiences in utero and during birth. A birth imprint or traumatic birth experience that hasn’t been integrated can overwhelm our internal essence, contributing to challenges such as depression, anxiety, and relational patterns - and these imprints can ripple across generations.
Through this work, I help clients explore and integrate their birth imprints, creating space for healing, empowerment, and alignment with their truth.

Mother & Baby Sessions – Working with Birth Imprints
These sessions are designed to support both mother and baby in reconnecting with the earliest imprints of life — from conception, through pregnancy, birth, and those first months of bonding. Babies come into the world with their own field of experiences, and these early imprints live in the body, the energy, and the rhythm of both mother and child.
Using gentle, heart-centred guidance, I work with mothers and babies to explore and support the integration of these early experiences. Through somatic practices, guided drum journeys, and energetic clearing, we create a safe, held space where both mother and baby can be seen, supported, and nurtured.
This work helps:
Support the emotional and energetic integration of birth experiences for mother and baby
Release tension, blocks, and imprints that may affect well-being or bonding
Deepen connection, attunement, and intuitive communication between mother and baby
Foster a grounded, present, and embodied sense of safety for both
Investment: £80 (Minimum of 3 Sessions recommended)
Mother and baby are held together in this gentle, intuitive, and somatic space — supporting healing, alignment, and the unfolding of your shared journey from the very first rhythms of life
"At almost 7 weeks postpartum I now feel I have the time and space to look back and reflect on my pregnancy and birth experience, and the support that I received during this intensely vulnerable, life-changing time. Despite the many "unknowns" faced during my first pregnancy and the run up to birthing my beautiful son, Ria played a fundamental role in me feeling strong, empowered, capable, and connected to my baby. Prior to conception, I already had a clear idea of how I wanted to birth my baby and Ria honoured and respected my vision - making me feel both seen and heard. During the final month of my pregnancy I received mounting pressure from medical professionals to abandon my dream of birthing Rui 'naturally' at home, having been told that my baby was on the 97th centile in terms of his size and that I should therefore birth in hospital. My intuition to birth at home as planned felt strong and with Ria's support I felt confident and held in the decisions that I made. I felt both relaxed, comfortable and supported in her care and trusted her advice regarding both my health and wellbeing, and that of my developing/newborn baby. Most importantly, Ria has helped me to further hone my ability to follow and trust in my intuition. This has already proven to be extremely important as I learn to navigate the transition from maiden to mother. Thank you, Ria, for everything!

“During the last stretch of my pregnancy which was filled with pressure and anxiety (Baby born naturally at 40+11), Ria’s gentle confidence, kind words, vast personal and professional knowledge gave me the confidence to listen to my instincts, and trust my body to do what it’s build to do. I’m so glad I had her by my side. I really felt like I could trust her to speak openly knowing there would be no judgment, just support.”

"With Ria by my side I was able to put in place a support system which allowed me to relax into those early weeks with more confidence. Ria cooked beautiful nourishing dishes, cleaned the house and cared for my toddler so that I was able to take time to really rest and recover. Ria is so gentle and kind and really goes above and beyond to satisfy her clients and I am so happy that she was part of my postpartum experience. I cannot recommend her enough! Thank you Ria!”

Hiring Ria as our postpartum doula was the absolute best decision for our family. Having the weekly support and care in our home brought so much calmness, giving my daughter and I wholesome time to bond whilst Ria took care of things for us. Something I learned postpartum is that taking care of yourself is part of caring of your baby. I spent a lot of time preparing for birth and how to care for my newborn and didn’t give enough thought to my own postpartum care - my health visitor suggested Ria and I’m so glad that she did! We will be forever grateful to Ria for all of her support and the space she held for myself as a first time Mum. We would highly recommend Ria to any postpartum family - she is a fantastic cook, great with baby, and an all round genuine, lovely person!

"Compared with my first postpartum experience, everything second time round has gone much more smoothly and I almost felt indulgent asking ria to come round. However, I’m so glad I did! Ria came prepped with delicious cookies and homemade food (enough for the freezer too!). In the space of a few hours she had cleaned my house, mixed up delicious herbal teas, played with my 2year old son and given me time out to have a much sought after bath! She then finished her visit with the most amazing massage in the sun and a cup of warm golden milk. By the time she left I felt so relaxed and refreshed - I hadn’t realised just how much I had needed this time for me. More than this Ria took time to listen to me, ask questions about the birth and how we were all coping as a family with the transition. It felt like a relief to talk through everything and feel understood. Would highly recommend this to any new mum, or as a gift to a new mum. Honestly it felt like a mini spa session for me in my own home! Even better when I climbed into a bed with fresh sheets that night"
