What happens in the session?

Each 90-minute journey has three key parts:

1. Bodymind Maturation Coaching (45 min)

Through ontology and regression work, we’ll uncover how past experiences are shaping your present reality. By seeing these patterns clearly - not as problems to fix, but as mechanisms at play - you begin to loosen their grip.

2. Frame Drum Journey (30 min)

This is where words fall away, and we go deeper. Using the rhythm of the frame drum, we’ll work directly with the body, helping it release attachment to the old story and open to new possibilities.

3. Integration & Grounding (15 min)

We’ll anchor into the shift, reflect on what’s here, and explore how you can carry this new awareness into your daily life.
